Meet Chef Mike
Imagine having a party where you are able to spend time with your guests, not having to grocery shop, stress over the cooking, serving and clean up afterwards?
Coming from a genuine love of cooking and entertaining, what started out as a little side business passion has turned into over 10 years of hosting numerous events and special occasions for thousands of people from all over the country.
I continue to enjoy meeting so many people and sharing my recipes with them as well as interacting with the guests in the kitchen. I like to say that I am a personable chef! ​
I generally service small parties from 2 to 25 people, as I am a one man show. I bring all of my own cookware and tools to prepare in house.

I come from an Italian family and love Mediterranean cuisine. I was born & raised in CT but enjoy making SC my home. Since moving here I have enjoyed learning so much about Southern cuisines and integrating into my cooking.
I have not dedicated myself to any college football team which is huge in the south. I've always been a Yankee & baseball fan.
Cooking and music go very well together, so I love to play music while preparing foods. I am an eccentric Beatles fan... Any mention of their music and be warned I may get into useless facts, tid-bit trivia or deep conversations about them.
To some kids the coolest thing about me is I share a birthday with Taylor Swift!
I love dad jokes and comedic impressions.
I will sit through to the end of a movie to watch all of the credits.
When not cooking, I enjoy the beach, road trips, playing cards or games, music in the background and dining out with my wife.

We hired Mike for my moms memorial day picnic and he did an outstanding job! He had two grills going and fed about 50 of us. Was such a nice guy too and made my mom happy- she's a tough cookie to please.

“Rehearsal dinner for 25 people. The dinner was amazing. I just could not have been happier with the experience. I actually got to enjoy the time with my guests... all 25 of them! Mike did a fantastic job preparing, cooking and clean up. Just Awesome! It was all everyone was talking about at the wedding the next day. Mike even brought all of his own cookware. He boxed up all the uneaten food promptly and washed/cleaned up thoroughly. When he left, it was like he had never been there.
